Why does the thread say that the feat Might Makes Right replaces charisma for the bonus of leadership? It just gives a bonus. No replacing! Simply add your strength modifier to leadership just as you would charisma.

Probably because in the DMG it is suggested STR can be used in place of CHA when intimidating (by displaying a feat of strength).
