Building a dragon bard

Making a spellscale bard. Dragonfire inspiration is cool same with blood quickening. I like the dragon aspect. What feats should he have?

I would try and pick the "standard" bard feats (melodic casting, song of the heart, lingering song, extra song, etc). Can you post the build, or at least an outline?

I suggest one of your level 1 spells should be inspirational boost (spell compendium), it's a swift action casting spell that gives you +1 to your IC. Also, how much gold do you have on hand? According to WBL for fourth level? In that case you want better armor (mithral chain shirt perhaps) and weapons (masterwork minimum). In the magic item compendium there is the badge of valor, which also gives a +1 to IC, three times per day.
According to Eberron CS you can swap Fascinate (song) for Song of the Heart, which grants another +1 to IC.
