does this armor count as epic or not

I was looking in the rules on the srd involving epic items and was wonder if i had +5 heavy fortification full plate then wanted to put on healing (+8000gp) would it count as epic armor or not as it doesn't exceed 200,000gp and i don't see any other rules that would apply?

Nope, not an epic magic item. Since +10 armor only costs 100,000gp, you can keep putting more static price enchantments on it until it costs 200,000gp, but you cannot give it any extra abilities that have an effective enhancement bonus increase, nor can you increase it beyond +5 enhancement.
