Okay, so I've been wanting to play a death knight in Pathfinder, because I think they are so cool. Unfortunately, there isn't really a good homebrew for a death knight, and ones already made didn't really suit my taste.

However, my friends and I have started a new story where we start at level 10. So I read through some books and tried to come up with my own variation of one. My plan was:

Human Juju Oracle 6/Fighter 4

*Why Juju Oracle 6?
-Being a level 6 oracle allows the use of one 3rd-level spell 3-4 times a day.. which I chose Animate Dead
-Being a JUJU oracle allows some handy dandy buffs to undead minions, plus also allowing the "Death Knight variant" to get Command Undead as a free feat.

*Why Fighter 4?
-Being a death knight, I'd need some kind of close combat. Being a fighter provides 3 extra combeat feats and nice BAB to add.

Combining both of these allows me to use spells to summon undead minions, provide buffs to myself and my allies, and allows me to still stand a chance in close combat.

If anyone has any modifications that they could input to help me with my "Death Knight variant," that would be greatly appreciated!

And then there is Alternate Spell Source Dread Necromancer Bone Knight...

You didn't look REALLY well.

Of course, assuming 3.5 material is allowed, since homebrew is.

What do you mean by death knight, exactly?

There's an antipaladin archetype (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/alternate-classes/antipaladin/archetypes/paizo---antipaladin-archetypes/knight-of-the-sepulcher) that might fit the bill.

There's the Graveknight (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/bestiary3/graveknight.html#_graveknight), which is the Death Knight by another name.
