First/Second level targeted spells

My rogueblade got a +1 spell storing greatsword and I'm looking to get a wand to fuel it (There is a Wizard and a Cleric on the party, but I'd prefer to not have to mooch off them).

So are there any good 1st or 2nd level spells that can be wanded?

Edit: I checked my GP and I can afford up to a 2nd level wand.
