Is there such a thing? I was looking through all my books and couldn't find a single spell on the Druid/Ranger spell lists that let an archer fire an arrow through severe wind without the normal penalties. Maybe it's on other class spell lists? I just assumed it would be Druid or Ranger...

I recall some mention of wind tunnel. Seems to be Drd 5 in the SpC.

Wind Tunnel's a good spell, but it doesn't do that unless you're reading fluff into the mechanics. All it does with a literal reading is grant a +5 bonus to ranged attack rolls and doubles the range increment. Sure, it helps to counteract the penalties from wind, but it doesn't help if a wind effect states that ranged attacks cannot be made at all.

Nope. Though that's also a really good one. Just negates penalties for range.

Pity. My vague memories were less helpful than normal, it seems.
