So I recently switched my class from a fighter to a War-blade, and I was wondering what are some good feats that I can take, we are starting at level 4 so I am allowed 3 feats as a human. There was also the question what are some LA 0 races that would go well with War-blade.

What sort of fighting style do you prefer? I recommend a two-handed greatsword + armor spikes for a "default warblade". If you're looking to do some crit-fishing, then dual kukris is the usual advice.

There was also the question what are some LA 0 races that would go well with War-blade.

Hard to go wrong with human. Snow Elf is good for Warblade 10/Eternal Blade 10. If you're looking for an Int bonus, Lesser Planetouched Tiefling can be pretty decent.
