Are there any low level ways to copy memories from one person to another in 3.5? Say, a nonbard once witnessed an incredible bard performance, and wanted to share this memory as it exists in their head with somebody else, also not the bard; is there any way they can go about doing so?

Well, a 7th level cleric with the mentalism domain can cast Modify Memory, which can allow someone to bring forth to their mind in perfect clarity 5 minutes of their life. Not sure if that lets the caster see those memories or not, but if not pair that with a detect thoughts spell and you should be good?
