Okay i've read the rules and searched everywhere for help with no answers... Essentially a stealthed enemy is removed from the table and players have to guess which square the enemy is in. However does a stealthed character remove their model from the board too? If they do, how do the other players know where they are. Alternatively if they keep their model on the board, how does the stealth work, since the DM can see where they are hiding so they cant guess the square they are on. Any advice would be appreciated

IMO you just leave the token on the board. The DM should be mature enough to not metagame, just roll perception checks as normal for any monsters that want to attack that PC.

Thanks, that clears things up! So if one monster passes the perception check and finds the PC, do the other monsters also have to roll perception? Or does every monster have to roll perception until the PC becomes unhidden?

Anyone can tell another creature where a hidden person is. It doesn't unhide them, but it does allow swinging at the right square. So the enemies can communicate the hidden player's location to each other.

Remember that doing so does not remove the +5 to defences from total concealment (i.e. not being able to see the target).
