My ninja is looking to craft a poison to assasinate a level 8 character. What's the best poison for the job? How can this be done? Or are there better ways to assasinate someone?

Spells/Spell trigger traps are generally a better way because poison DCs are quickly overcome by basic antidotes plus base saves on fortitude.

I would combine a (major) curse (draining constitution) and then poison the NPC with an con draining poison.
