Succubus possessing a nymph?

I recall reading somewhere on these forums that a succubus possessing a nymph would get an absurdly high CHA, yet cannot find any rules for 3.5 demon possession nor anything on this particular combo, does anyone know anything about this?

There are rules for demonic possession in the Fiendish Codex. There is also a Fiend of Possession prestige class which I think is in the Book of Vile Darkness.

There's no particular Cha bonus for a succubus possession. The nymph could get +4 if the succubus was friendly but that's it in the BoVD rules.
