Cursed Blade/Wound vs Undead???

Does Cursed Blade(spell) or Cursed Wound (Special attack of clay golem) affect undead or characters with tomb-tainted soul healing with negative energy?

Neither ability makes reference to negative energy (beyond being necromancy, which is a weak link). Both work the same on undead, unless a DM rules otherwise.

Cursed Wound only affects Conjuration (Healing) spells, and inflict X wounds etc are Necromancy.

Assuming cursed blade functions similarly, it would also have no particular effect.
