I was wondering... The SRD didn't list anything as to the value of the gear carried by an epic-level NPC, and I don't own the Epic-Level Handbook. Is it possible for someone to come up with a table for this? It would help out my campaign a lot.

Imagine reading out the treasure to your party after they beat the horde of Great Red Wyrms: "56,009,345 gold pieces, 134,463,563 silver pieces, 5,437,583 copper pieces, 345,757 platinum pieces. 3 staff of power. Ah! a deck of many things. Would you look at that, its a Hand and eye of Vecna! Again!" etc...

Pretty much. I would still like to have the table for when my PC's face a demilich. Heh-heh-heh...

The SRD doesn't list gear values for PCs or NPCs, period.

I'd post the answer, but I'm too lazy to go find my ELH.

I don't think you can randomly roll up an artifact. "Okay, we have five eyes of Vecna as well as three of his Hands, four copies of the Codex of Infinite Planes, ten Maces of St. Cuthbert, and we're right in the middle of arguing about whether it's 'Annuluses' or 'Annuli.'"

Definitely "Annuli".
