I would like some help in creating a demon lord. The specific Demon Lord is Cyth V'sug. I need to have him as he is vital in destroying a major artifact that I plan on giving my PC's late in the campaign.
When I did some research I found out that his challenge rating is 31 which far above what I was intending so I just plan on having the PC's cut off a limb and leave as quickly as possible, but I still need a full statistic block. If you want more information on him you can read about him here.

I'm also wondering about using Treerazor as a base monster and increasing everything as necessary to make a CR 31 Demon Lord.
Also noted Demogorgon or Zuggtmoy as a possible base creature and converting them to Pathfinder.
I have never actually made a monster before and any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
