Mindblade feat enhancement bonuses and soulknife/soulbow

In dragon 341( or so google tells me ) mindblade feats were introduced. According to these sources on google they also grant enhancement bonuses to the mindblade based on your character level and number of mindblade feats taken.

Do these enhancement bonuses stack with the ones granted by soulknife and soulbow class levels?

I believe they do stack but they also cap at your level/2. I'm basing this on the dreamscarred press srd found here (http://dsp-d20-srd.wikidot.com/mind-blade-feats).
Mainly for multiclass builds since a straight soulknife would be maxed for their level anyway.

Thanks for the help. It looks like that stuff is not from books we are using. Still I am being allowed to used practiced mindblade while going soulknife/soulbow. That should be enough to keep me busy.
