Feat granting classes

which classes grant a bonus feat at lvl 1 that have over 6 or more Skill points other than a feat rogue?

or are there any ways to gain feats outside of getting class levels? (not the location ones, as i dont need any of those and the dm doesnt allow chaos shuffle....

I just searched through all the base classes with 6+ skills
Feat Rogue 1: 8+Int skills, Fighter Bonus feat
Ranger 1: 6+Int skills, Track as a Bonus feat


2 Flaws[Unearthed Arcana] grant 2 feats


Why the 6+ skills limitation?
Without it you could add:
Monk
Fighter
Psychic Warrior
Half-Elf Paragon 1 (usually not worth it over going Human)

Well Cloistered Cleric has 6 skill points and grants 3 domains, which you can swap for Devotion feats.

Ranger has 6 skill points, and a bonus feat at level 2

Plenty of classes have ACFs, do these count ?
E.g.
Wizard has only 2 skill points, but tend to have High Int. You can swap Scribe Scroll for a Fighter feat via an ACF.
