I am trying to work out a build for a strength+con based Draconic Incarnation fighter. The Draconic Form Attack is a close burst 5 at-will that uses your highest attack modifier + 9 vs. reflex, so it is decently accurate. It only effects enemies and it covers a lot of ground, so you effectively mark everything on the battlefield.
For some reason I cannot get the build to come together, anyone have any suggestions?
