View Full Version : Flanking Kenku Slashers?

I had the idea for a floating encounter in my city campaign, involving a pair of kenku who use their knack at flanking to move in, slice the target and disappear. These would be low-level muggers, and wouldn't confront an entire party; they'll wait until someone veers off on his own, into some nice narrow alley, and then do their thing.

For the lead knifer, I only have a very simple build: either feat-rogue or swashbuckler 1, with Improved Initiative, TWF and Weapon Finesse. I figured I'd try a mini-crit-fisher with the double kukris, relying on his Weapon Finesse and the +4 flanking bonus from his buddy.

Given a first-level kenku, is this a decent way to go about it? And should his flanking buddy be doing anything special?
