Remember that one time Durkon killed an entire village (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0040.html)?

Pretty sure Durkon 'killed an entire village' pretty much in the exact same way that 'Belkar caused the death of Miko'. :smallwink:

You killed that village by reading the page.
The rest of us deliberately skipped it.

You seem a bit confused. Durkon is approximately 4 feet tall, bearded, usually carries a shield and wears a holy symbol, and is referred to as "Durkon" more often than any other name.

Meanwhile, the being destroying the village in that strip is approximately 80 feet tall, has his head wreathed in flame, is apparently carrying neither a shield nor a holy symbol, and is referred to as "Surtur".

This suggests that the village was killed not by Durkon, dwarfish cleric of Thor, but rather by Surtur, king of the fire giants.

It looks like the village is still standing; only the people are being killed.

Or it could have been the shapeshifting recurring villain commonly known as 'Trigak', who took a break from impersonating Durkon to oppose his deity in God-to-God combat.

Yes, Trigak is a God.

Come on, the Durkon praying was clearly a simulacrum to distract Thor.
