I can barely explain my name to other synesthetes. I've given up on telling people who don't hear shapes and colors.

It's a palindrom based as much on the form being a rune as on English language stuffs. It's a modified more sibilant form of Syous who was the titular wizard form Dungeons and Dragons 2: shadows over Mystara, and I surmise it is rendered in English as sigh-ohess or sigh-oo-iss. For ease, I'd render it like a dragon rider as S'uis and de-emphasize the last S as a visual component.
