I'm looking into making a rogue hadozee that starts off as a ship cook, but I want to gain something from craft/profession cook over time. Taking example from World of Warcraft, where you had cooking as a secondary profession that gave nice, but not at all powerful buffs for a short amount of time, I was wondering if I could implement some of that into the game.

Sure, preparing a chicken stew with craft/profession cooking, even if your skill level is 20 and you roll a 20 on the dice is still chicken stew - the best in the world, but not much more than that. However, perhaps you found some troll fat and would like to add that to the stew, or maybe sprinkle your venison with some will-o-wisp ichor.

The world is filled with magical meat, spices and the like, so why not exploit that, primarily for some fluff. The bonuses wouldn't be noticeable, really. Perhaps you heal 50% more the night that you eat a well prepared troll steak, or maybe you get a +2 competence bonus on your spot and listen for the next 6 hours after eating a meal sprinkled with the essence of a perceptive creature, made by a skilled cook.

Of course, some limitations would exist, to avoid constantly having these bonuses (the average humanoid can only digest a pound of troll meat in three days without any problems, etc).

I found the following resources that hint at ideas, but are there more complete examples of this? Ideally, I want a full fledged cookbook, two or three meal entries per creature, that I can just print out and start exploring the world looking for these creatures.

Homebrew, but yes. Try the Omnomnomicon (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165297).
