A permanent spell goes away if dispelled, but the DC must be higher then the what exactly? the original spell? the permaneny, both? In an antimagic field it should only be "surpressed" right?

DC is 11+caster level as normal for a spell.

For the spells that can only be permanencied on yourself, the caster level of the dispel must be at least equal to your CL at the time of the permanency.

Antimagic field only supresses, correct.

A caster using dispel magic can target the original spell or the Permanency spell. If the target of the original spell is the caster of the Permanency, then both the spell and the Permanency can only be dispelled by a caster of a higher level than the original caster at the time when the Permanency was cast. As long as this is true, the DC is that of the spell targeted - the original spell or the Permanency.

If the target of the original spell is not the caster of the Permanency, a caster of any level may attempt to dispel either the original spell or the Permanency. The DC is still that of the spell targeted.

Note that if the Permanency is dispelled the original spell will remain if its duration has not yet expired.
