Mystic Ranger caster level

The Mystic Ranger from Dragon #336 doesn't say anything about the caster level for their spells. Am I to assume that it is the same as the core ranger (half the ranger level :smallannoyed: ) or should it be adjusted for the increase in spell levels and spells per day?

Everything is based off the default ranger, unless specified otherwise. So, as written, it appears caster level is indeed half ranger level. However, the class appears to have been intended to have caster level equal to full ranger level. I'd chalk it up to oversight and run it as the latter. He's far too gimped otherwise.
