Has anyone else ever noticed that the character bio strip that you can get to through the question mark link at the bottom of every OotS refers to Belkar as "the greatest tracker under four feet tall"?

Maybe he's the only one

That's how Belkar advertised himself to the group. Of course it's going to involve filthy, filthy lies.

I dunno. Seems to me he tracks fine unless he's forgotten he was supposed to be doing it.

He doesn't have any ranks in Track.

You mean wilderness lore?

It'd be good if the character bios were updated..

Yeah, let me use my second or third post to show I don't know the rules.

I mean Survival.

Well he tracked the Chimera well enough...until he forgot to keep tracking it.

The character bios should stay the way they are. No need to spoil the story for any new readers.

I agree, also its nice to see how much deeper the characters have become over time.

The character bios are for people who are just picking up the strip from the beginning.

If you've read 406 strips, chances are that you know the characters pretty well, which makes a bio useless to people who have read and spoils the fun of people who haven't read. The possibility of hilarity is there, but it really isn't worth the Giant's time.

Belkar can track, despite having no ranks in survival. But when he is reminded that he's supposed to be tracking, he stops doing it
