As asked above, I want to know if a player is able to use UMD to either activate blindly or emulate a person that is able to use the relic?

I personally think they would not, but I would like a ruling if anyone has it.

No, there is no UMD option to emulate having a feat, and even if you could emulate having high enough divine spells, you don't have the spell slots to actually invest.

how about activating blindly? Is it even possible?

Pretty sure that activating an item blindly is only for items that anyone can activate, but you don't know HOW to activate. Like you have an item that shoots fire with a command word, but you don't know the command word, that's where activate blindly comes in.
