Cool! Looks like it's 3.0 Psionics, but I don't think there are any major obstructions. It is true that 3.0 was much more liberal with 3.5 in giving Vermin access to magic/intelligence (check out the 3.0 Puppeteer), but these are probably still reasonable.

This is actually a really great combo! It only costs 2 LA (which can be bought off) and a single RHD. I could see this going on a skirmisher or some other build that could use pounce, as it could work as a substitute.

Note that you still don't have a Level Adjustment. LA- +2 is LA- +2, not LA+2, so it's not a playable character, sadly.

And if it was, allowed, 1d2 Con damage is fairly terrible for LA+2, and on a Medium Creature where 1d4 is somewhat more useable, it's not a good use of 4RHD and 2LA.

An Ardent 2 can get Dimension Slide and Psionic Major Creation without any of the above problems; only issue is getting enough PP for it; which is where Manifester Arrows/Hidden Weapons come in.

It's not LA- +2. The entomanothrope description distinguishes "base creature" from "base vermin," and LA is "same as the base creature +2." Adding the LA of the vermin would make this worthless for players, since almost all vermin have LA -.

I do not know if dim sliding to the side would disrupt the straight line (I would guess that it would not disrupt). However dim sliding forward would not disrupt the straight line.

Although it is probably more useful to dim slide away after your pounce is done.

3.0 had no swift actions from what I recall, which can make some of the porting of 3.0 stuff into 3.5 a bit problematic. Not sure if this is an instance of that, though.
