*Ceika grabs Hoseki's hand (on the third attempt) and clumsily gets to her feet dusting herself off before she sits back down at the table.*

Floyd wraps his arms around Kyrian, crying.

"I lovesh you, man!" He says between sobs.

[Sophistemon]

Inside the box are two very, very beautiful golden lockets suspended on silver chains. Gent smiles. "Open them up," he urges.

[El Jaspero, the Pirate King]

El J sighs and assists getting Ceika to her feet, then into a chair. "You alright, Captain?" His words clearly bear more than one meaning.

Lillah opens up one of the lockets. She shows them to Kyrian. Oh and she hugs Gwen back.

Hoseki chuckles. "Want me to sober you up a bit?"

Alena squeezes Alex's hand and tries to back up and out of the crush of people around Kyrian and Lillah.

Inside the locket that Lillah opened is a picture of... herself.

"That one goes to Kyrian," says Gent.

*Ceika nods at El J with a bit of a smirk.* Aye, my king. I'll be fine. after a few more of these... *she clinks the bottle of rum on the table, before turning to Hoseki* But I've spent good coin to get to this point... let it not be wasted...

Kyrian tells Lillah it's a picture of her.

I can only assume the other is a picture of me, for you then, dear.

Lillah smiles and gives it to Kyrian as she takes the other one. Thank you Gent.

Alex notices Alena trying to back out, and he teleports them both out of the crowd of people to an open area of the tavern

Gent nods. "They're magic," he says. "Powerful, too. I hope you like them."

Erdan goes over to El J.

"Congratulations, Captian, for both your daughters."

Earin bites his lip, trying to think of what to do.

Well are you going to leave us in suspense or are you going to tell us what they do. Lillah says with a laugh.

Gwen steps back to allow others to congratulate Kyrian and Lillah. She turns to Hawk, Did you want to stay longer?

[Nevrmore]

Floyd, seeing that he is obviously intangible, leaves Kyrian and Lillah, wiping away the tears of his drunkedness.

Hawk shakes his head at Gwen, "No. Let's go."

[El Jaspero, the Pirate King]

El Jaspero looks at Erdan in complete confusion. "Both my daughters? I've only one so far, though I certainly wouldn't mind more." He grins, but keeps an eye on Ceika.

[Hoseki]

Hoseki snorts. "All right, then."

[Alex Shipmaster]

Alex smiles at Alena "I suddenly remembered how you dislike people touching your wings"

[AmberVael]

Earin discreetly vanishes, leaving a somewhat nervous and anxious Elya behind.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian decides that they might as well open the gift from his parents. He does so, and laughs when he reads Blood's note.

Gwen smiles at him, relieved, Yes, I'm ready, she slips her arm back into the crook of his elbow and lets him guide her out.

[Sophistemon]

Gent raises an eyebrow. "Of course. Both of them have the same abilities. They are capable of telling one of you when the other is in danger, and grant you the ability to teleport to each-other whenever you need to. Aside from that, they allow you to heal yourself. Not much, they're not clerics, but enough so that if you need it, it's there. This healing extends to poisons and most common illnesses. I just want to make sure that the two of you stay safe."

[Nevrmore]

Hawk smiles at her and leads her out the door, into the street.

Alena smiles at him gratefully, Yes, it can be very uncomfortable.

[McBish]

Thank you Gent. She puts the locket on.

Molph sighs and whistles and suddenly there is music in the tavern. Hey you two want to start out the dancing?

[Ceika]

*Ceika sips on the remaining bottle of rum, a somewhat complacent expression on her face. After a bit, she sets the bottle aside and rests her forehead in her palms, the noise starting to get to her.*

[Alarra]

Alarra slips quietly over to Lillah and Kyrian and once they're not busy with anything else, gives them both a hug. "It was a lovely ceremony, I'm so happy for you both. I hope you don't mind if I leave? I have to put the little one down." She smiles down at Agneta curled in her arms.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian smiles at his mother.

That'll be fine. Thank you for coming.

[Nevrmore]

Floyd stumbles over to Ceika and plops himself down next to her.

"Hey there, hottie."" He says drunkedly.

[Sophistemon]

Gent smiles. "No problem. Congratulations."

[McBish]

Go ahead Alarra. Shall we dance my husband?

[Chaotic Bob]

Tirre goes over to Floyd to consider giving him a refill, but better judgement says nay. Terre watches all the drunk people with a mildly amused expression.

[Alarra]

Alarra gives the couple a smile before she and Agneta head toward the door. She pauses to look over at El J lovingly before she leaves, clearly telling him that she's heading home, but that he should feel free to stay as long as he'd like.

[Kyrian]

We really should, shouldn't we? Well, nows as good a time as any...

Kyrian laughs and kisses Lillah again as he stand and takes her hand.

[Alex Shipmaster]

Alex looks around and miraculously finds two chairs amidst the chaos. He pulls them over for the two of them "Although when I say "people" I hope there's some exceptions"

[Ceika]

*Ceika turns to the intruder, not amused.* I'm drunk... I'm not that drunk. *She seems to consider her statement for a moment.* I don't know that I would ever be that drunk...

[McBish]

Lillah gets up and follows him onto the dance floor.

[El Jaspero, the Pirate King]

El J gives Ceika a pat on the shoulder and whispers something in her ear, then heads to the door to join Alarra with a wave to Kyrian and Lillah. They take their little bundle of blankets and head out into the night, smiling happily into each other's eyes.

Floyd doesn't seem to understand that he's just been insulted.

"Hey, baby, come on now. You'resh drunk, I'msh drunk...We've gotsh sho much in commonsh!"

[Hoseki]

Hoseki glances at Floyd. "Shall I get rid of him?"

[Chaotic Bob]

Tirre smirks and decides to attempt to swipe their drinks before they get even more intoxicated.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian walks out to the middle of the floor and spins Lillah into his arms.

[Sneak]

Sneak walks in. "Ugh, did someone just get married? I can sense the horrible cuteness." He sits down and orders a drink.

[Fenric]

Fenric and Myobi belatedly and quietly wander in and sit near the back.

[McBish]

Lillah spins into his arms. They start dancing. Lillah can't wipe the smile off her face.

Alena gratefully sits down and arranges her wings behind her. Yes, of course, as she looks at him fondly.

*Ceika glares at Floyd.* Ok, Hoseki, you can sober me up now. Break our... common ground. If the offer's still there. *she gestures at Floyd for emphasis*

Kyrian holds her close as they dance.

So how are you feeling now?

Floyd sets his guitar on his lap and does his best trying to sing while ass-drunk.

She grins. "Sure thing." Suddenly, Ceika is sober.

Alex smiles and waves to Fenric and Myobi, he turns back to Alena "Good" he reaches out for her hand

Sneak claps heartily after Floyd's song. "The song sucked, but that's class entertainment."

Molph looks around for another drink smiling and waving at all the people he doesn't know. ((For those who don't know Molph looks like "

The foxes wave back to Alex, and order martinis. They watch Kyrian and Lillah dance.

*Ceika looks over at Floyd and shrugs.* Thanks, Hoseki. It doesn't look like we've got all that much in common after all. A real pity, that. *her sarcastic tone is less than subtle*

Never been happier.

Kyrian dips Lillah and kisses her.

Alena squeezes his hand as she watches everyone and very fondly thinks about Alex.

Terre walks over and hands Molph his drink.

Floyd continues singing, his drunken mind thinking that he has totally wooed Ceika with his great singing abilities.

*Ceika, realizing that her efforts haven't proved effective to this point, turns to Hoseki.* You want to try sobering him up?

Kyrian smiles as he watches Lillah twirl around him.

"Woohoo! Great song, man! Keep singing!" Sneak calls to Floyd while grinning to himself.

Iames leads Aerin onto the dance floor, and they begin to dance.

She happily leans against him, putting her head on his shoulder, Very happy, although it's a bit hot in here.

Miatog walks into Trog’s and looks around. “This world is doomed…” Miatog floats above everyone else and moves to the middle of the room. There, he yells his warning.

“Listen up people! There is an evil entity gathering power in the mountains. When I first encountered this entity others that were fighting it demanded a name, it gave us Nameless. The Nameless literally consume worlds, realms, planes, what ever you want to call them. When they kill you, they shatter your soul and it spreads to all of the Nameless.”

“The Nameless chose what rules of a realm they wish to follow, they allow gravity to keep them down. There are however two rules that they must follow. First one being that they are repelled by life, they got in Town when someone opened a rift to them. Second, they react to energy like matter to anti-matter. I can give those of you that wish to help but lack energy based attacks, they’ve set up a dead magic field so those of you that need to get at The Weave will also need some help.”

Miatog floats back down next to the bar. “In order to best pick what to give those of you that need help I’ll need a description of how you’re used to fighting or give support.”

[Nevrmore]

Floyd bows slightly at Sneak's accolades, nearly falling over.

"Okayshs, thish next one ish dedicated to my besht friend, Hotty Mctatash!" Floyd points to Ceika.

"A onesh, twosh, eightsh, ninesh
You're dresshed like shlut
And I really likesh that
You're shirtsh is really low cutsh
I'm sho glad you're not fat!"

Alex stokes Alena's hair and kisses her cheek "Want to move somewhere outside or stay here?"

Hm... I love prophecies of doom at my wedding reception. It just gives it that little extra bit. She smiles.

Kyrian laughs and takes Lillah's hands. He slowly leads her over to Fenric and Myobi.

I'll be fine, let's stay here for a little while longer. She moves one wing around behind him.

Erdan turns into an NPC for the night, taking his position behind the bar.

Lillah follows Kyrian over to Fenric and Myobi.

Alex gives the wing behind him a stroke and hugs Alena a little bit tighter "Want anything to drink?"

Earin finally reappears, a bit of blue energy streaming from his hands. Elya looks at him, then his hands with a sigh. She frowns, then smiles as she sees what he is holding.

They go over to Lillah and Kyrian.
"So... funny story... but our wedding gift for you two got... crunched. However, not to fear. I've got something anyways."

Earin opens his hands, and Lillah can see two small blue crystals that have been shaped into roses. They glimmer with inner light.

Alex tilts his head at Alena "Hmm, how adventurous are you feeling tonight?"

*Ceika decides she should probably head out for the night and stands, whih is far easier than it was the last time she tried it, and says her goodbyes.*

“Very. The Nameless have consumed countless worlds already and thanks to a sadistic moron they’re going to try to destroy Town. They’re weak right now because there’s so much life here. But once they get a base set up it’ll be tough, if not impossible, to stop them.”

"Also..."
Earin hands the small roses to Lillah and Kyrian.
"I took the privelge of investing a little Incarnum in them. Incarnum that has been charged with our friendship and love for you both. Wear them, and you'll not only know, but feel that we care."
He takes Elya's hand, smiling.

[McBish]

Lillah takes the rose and smiles widely. She hugs Earin. Thank you.

Hmm...that does sound bad. I suppose I could help.

[Alex Shipmaster]

"Well I was looking for an answer that would say what drinks I could get away with presenting you. I would say the safest bet would be a Llamonade, or if I can find a chilled wine."

[Kyrian]

Kyrian takes one as well and smiles at the two.

Molph comes over to the happy couple. Excuse me but could I get a dance with the bride? He asks Kyrian.

Lillah smiles at him and Kyrian.

Alex grins and kisses her lightly on the cheek. He looks over at the crowded bar and narrows his eyes just a tiny bit, he waves a hand slightly, and a llamonade and a lager pour themselves and float over to the pair. Money appears in the till to pay for the drinks.

[Kyrian]

Of course you may.

Kyrian kisses Lillah and allows Molph to dance with her.

Earin and Elya take their leave.

A confused looking pigeon flaps through the doorway.

Alena smiles and gratefully sips her cool llamanade. Thank you Alex.

Lillah and Molph take the dance floor, and it quickly become apparent while Lillah is a great dancer, Molph is a master. They dance around talking to each other quietly. Lillah laughs outloud at one point. But all the while they flow around the dance floor beautifuly.

The pigeon hops up to the bar. It packs at some peanuts, curiously.

Kyrian takes a seat at their table, smiling at Lillah. He yawns slightly.

Alex just smiles at Alena and sips his drink. He shifts just a little bit closer to her.

“Yes Iames, in great need in fact.” Miatog reaches into his robe and pulls out a pen and paper. “Darnin, how do you normally fight? And Iames, do you have energy attacks that don’t need access to the Weave?”

[darnin]

Darnin raises an eyebrow at the pigeon.

Oh, fighting...I generally try to let other people go up to face it. I'd prefer to pick enemies off without them knowing.

The pigeon hops over to Darnin, and relieves itself on his shoulder.

Lillah and Molph stop dancing and stand in the middle of the dance floor. Molph whispers something to her before they head over to Kyrian. Lillah still laughing a bit.

So what are you two talking about?

Kyrian asks with a smile on his face.

Alena smiles and leans against Alex as she watches the crowded Tavern.

Phoenixineohp and her crew continue to sit happily in a booth, tapping to the music. Peck twitters about watching everyone and almost getting in the way of the dancing feet.

Darnin shoos the pigeon away. Go! Stupid bird...

Ok you know this outfit Molph is wearing. I made this when I was around 10. Molph shrugs and smiles. What can I say, it seemed fitting.

The Pigeon flaps off, and, after getting under a few peoples' feet, manages to find its way out.

Sneak wakes up. Suddenly, he has a Good Idea™.

He draws a pentagram, lights several candles, closes his eyes, kneels, and begins a weird chant that appears to have no tune or even any words.

Kyrian gives a laugh and tries to hide another yawn.

Alex gives a Alena a quick squeeze "So, what do you fancy doing later?" he strokes her wing gently

Tired already. Shall we call it a night?

[Kyrian]

I'm sorry, I just suddenly got tired all of a sudden.

[Lord Magtok]

Agent Omega looks a bit dazed as he comes out of a coma, and notices half his face is sore from lying on a hard tavern table.

He pretends nothing happened, and orders something to eat and a drink.

She looks up at him and gently kisses him, Yes, that.

Getting sleeping Phoenixineohp waves Peck over and she nods goodnight to the crowd. Her party then disappears back to their home.

That's ok. Night everyone. She waves goodnight to everyone. Molph promise you will come and visit. I do. And have a good night. He disappears in a flurry of colors after one last hug.

Sneak continues his chant. Some weird mystical flames seem to light up in the middle of the pentagram.

Kyrian takes Lillah's hand, and both them and their other stuff vanish.

“Hmm…So you’re a dagger thrower then or do you use some other ranged weapon? Either way I can get something for that easy enough.” Miatog writes on his paper and turns to Iames.

“It’s what most people native to this realm use for magic. The Nameless have their base set up so that you can’t access the Weave so a lot of casters around here can’t do much of anything there.”

Alex blushes ever so slightly for a split second. He then covers it up with a grin "Well I was going to suggest that eventually, I just wondered if you'd like a dance on the beach before hand"

Darnin grabs a nearby napkin and starts wiping his shoulder off. He notices Sneak, but is annoyed enough to not think much of it.

A nice quiet dance would be absolutely lovely, Alex.

Agent Omega moves as far away from Sneak's pentagram as he can, and sits at a different table.

Alex glances over at Sneak and blows slightly in his direction, attempting to extinguish the candles. He then turns back to Alena "Well the happy married couple have left, so do you fancy slipping off to the beach now?"

Alex hugs Alena closer and they disappear from the tavern.

Fenix comes downstairs, relaxed and smiling. He takes a seat at the bar, waving at anyone he knows.

Fenric and Myobi look at Fenix with significantly disapproving scowls.

“Yes, you should be fine. As head of the police is there anyone you could order or ask to help us? Trust me when I say we need ALL the help we can get.”

I'm not the police captain any longer. However, I still have connections there. What about melee combatants? Will they be helpful?

Regiji walks into Trog's humming to himself. As soon as he spots Miatog all congeniality suddenly melts away.

He turns on his heel and begins heading back toward the door.

“If they don’t mind me giving them duplicate items, or gloves and boots if that’s the kind of fighting they do. Anything that’s not energy attacks will do very little to them.” Miatog faces Aerin. “So long as you don’t need to get at the Weave you’ll be fine. Just let me know what you need to be made into energy and I can get it.”

Miatog spots Regiji and yells at him. “The Nameless are here!”

WHAT?! But Vael- he's currently imprisoned on Dios's plane! How...
Fenix tries to figure it out.

Regiji freezes. His arms go to his sides, his fists clinched. His whole body is shaking, whether with rage or fear it isn't clear.

"I hope for the sake of everyone here that you're lying."

Fenric shakes his head

It wasn't Vael himself: Someone very powerful used the circumstance and memory of his death to create a wraith of sorts with a decently comprehensive similarity to the original. We suspect the mirror-Elya. But the fact remains that your actions gave this group a leader.

Agent Omega wonders to himself what could possibly cause Regiji to shake in such a manner.

Fenix sighs and rests his head in his hands.
What was I supposed to do? Let Vael run rampant? Let him kill everyone, like he had killed Gwen? Let him suppress and destroy me?

Aerin sighs. I'm afraid I won't be much use then. I can only produce energy effects through magic.

It is never easy, but this time our choices to do things the easy way are coming back to haunt us. There is one in that lot whom I had assassinated.

Yes, me: I hired Renrik to kill her, because she is dreadfully dangerous. Now she's back, and if what Vael said was true; she will not stop until I am dead.

Fenix sighs and pushes back his hair.
Great. So by saving everyone I simply put them in peril again.

Fenric simply nods. Myobi finishes off her martini.

Miatog turns back to Aerin. “Is your magic from the Weave? I use magic as well but mine is internal so I can fight just fine.”

Eric walks inside and goes and sits down at the bar. He smiles as he still realizes that he still doesn't have any money. So he gets a water and looks around.

Fenix raps his fingers along the bar.
So... now what?

The foxes shrug. Fenric sighs

We follow through with what we started and kill yet one more person: the mirror version of Elya. And know that in doing so, we get to destroy all those people all over again.

Myobi rolls her eyes

I draw my power from the same basic source that Iames does, but he channels it internally, while I channel mine through the will of my goddess. I don't know anything about the Weave either, so you'll have to tell me whether my abilities would work or not.

Eric spots Aerin and Iames and frowns he tries to avoid their eyes.

Gent says his goodbyes and makes his way home.

Fenix shifts his swords to a more comfortable position.

Regiji lets out a long, slow sigh. His body armor begins to creep out, the fibrous under armor stretching over him from head to toe. A series of overlapping plates being to appear. Dull silver in sheen, bracers and gauntlets and grieves and cuirass. A full suit of oddly organic looking plate-mail. A series of blocky projections are visable on the back and legs, a dim white light throbbing within them. Another projection extends from his left bracer, tapering into slanted surface behind his left wrist. The right bracer is thicker, running around the whole length of his forearm. Regiji turns, his face obscured by silvery helm and shimmering white visor. The holy symbol of his deity thrums softly on his breast plate and pauldrons.

"I think I can manage."

Fenric nods

Darnin gets up, walks over to a corner, and sits down. He seems to be deeply asleep, yet ready to pounce at the slightest noise.

Eric looks over at the sleeping Darnin then over at Aerin. He sighs and takes a drink from his glass of water.

“I’m sure you’ll be fine. If not…I know a way to let you get the same energies from another plane.”

Miatog turns to Regiji. “Good to see.”

Miatog watches as Darnin goes to sleep. “Great, one less person.” He sighs and addresses the group. “We’d best get started then. Come on, unless any of you need something we’re heading for the mountains.”

Fenric taps Myobi on the hand, and she nods. Myobi heads through the mirror while Fenric heads out the door.

Just a moment, Iames says, and disappears.

Aerin sighs and looks down at her nice dress, wishing she could change out of it.

Eric watches Aerin out of the corner of his eye.

Regiji glances out the window.

"To be honest, I don't think running out to an entrenched location would be wise. We should wait until we have more support than this."

[Magician]

Magician walks into the bar and takes an empty table, ordering a pot of green tea.

Fenix hums to himself and frowns as he suddenly starts to gain a character sheet.

“If you think that letting them gather more power is wise. I told everyone in Trog’s about the Nameless and this is all the came. If this is all that cares about the safety of this realm then I say this is all this realm deserves for defense. If you know of someone that would be willing then please, let me know.”

Magician looks at the interesting people saying quite out of the ordinary things, and wonders what to make of it all.

Iames and Vera appear in booth near Regiji, Aerin, and Miatog. Iames disengages from Vera's embrace and stands up. I think that it would be best if we waited.

"Well..." Regiji glances over at Fenix. "Hey Fenix, how would you like to help save the world? Guaranteed to get your mind off your current problems."

Aerin counters, At least give us a day to be fully rested and better prepared for battle.

Last time I saved the world I apparently did it wrong. I could try again though... but hell take me if I am not around when Phoenix gets back.
Fenix adjusts his katanas.

Eric looks Vera over and frowns.

Verdandi looks around, trying to figure out what was going on.

Regiji reaches up to rub his chin. His chin happens to be inside his helmet, so he rubs that instead.

"Preparation will be the sticky part. As much as I hate agreeing with Miatog the longer we wait the worse the problem will get," he sighs. "If past behavior is any indication the Blight has already begun etching tunnels into the ground. Certainly big enough to navigate comfortably, but still pretty claustrophobic. It also sounds like they've set up shop in a natural dead magic zone, which certainly won't make things any easier."

Regiji leans against a wall that isn't there.

"I think the first order of business would be to see Gent about some gear that can protect you people from the dead magic effect. Those tend to put a damper on magical offensives pretty fast."

Drake enters and goes upstairs.

Miatog sighs. “Fine, if you’re all going to be complainly about this then you won’t be useful in battle. Does tomorrow around…1700 sound good?”

"From what I understand they block the transfer of magical energy from sources outside the individual," Regiji comments. "So that means most spells won't work. Or things that draw off of the elemental planes. I figure something like a magical battery would probably circumvent the problem."

Regiji shrugs.

"Does anyone here know of a way to remove a dead magic zone? Call in a favor from Mystra or something?"

Regiji's armor retracts back to wherever it goes when he isn't clad in it.

"It sounds like we have a reasonable plan for the time being," he comments. "But I figure I should mention that it would be best if we could take care of this problem soonish. Like the next week or so."

He pauses for a moment, trying to figure out how best to put this.

"Because it's standard practice in my family to... well... glass an infected location to a depth of about twelve kilometers to make sure the Blight doesn't spread. That would have bad effects on things near by. Like the Town."

[Miatog]

“Thanks for the warning, I know to skip Town if we should fail. The way I was rejected from your realm when I tried to get in was more then enough contact for me. I’ll go talk to Gent about being able to remove the dead magic zone. See you all back here tomorrow.”

Miatog bows to the group and walks out of Trog’s.

Iames nods. Right. Well, we should be getting to bed. He puts an arm around Vera, then offers a hand to Aerin.
