What would you like to see in a d&d game?

So, i've been scouring the internet for interesting campaign ideas and have even turned to my players as a source of inspiration for my next Pathfinder game - City of Progress. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=330770)
I was just wondering what have you always wanted to see in d&d game, but never got to experience?
