Can you be a dual progression class with one of your 2 classes being advanced being a dual progression class?

If you have a class that grants multiple iterations of spellcasting (not a class that grants "+1 level of existing arcane spellcasting class/
+1 level of existing divine spellcasting class" or the like), then yes.

However, most progressions merely increase the level of a class you already have. For example, you can't use Cerebremancer to increase the spellcasting of a Mystic Theurge, because Mystic Theurge isn't actually a spellcasting class, just a prestige class that increases your spellcasting levels for other classes.

The text for Mystic Theurge in Pathfinder is as follows:

When a new mystic theurge level is gained, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in any one arcane spellcasting class he belonged to before he added the prestige class and any one divine spellcasting class he belonged to previously. He does not, however, gain other benefits a character of that class would have gained. This essentially means that he adds the level of mystic theurge to the level of whatever other arcane spellcasting class and divine spellcasting class the character has, then determines spells per day, spells known, and caster level accordingly. If a character had more than one arcane spellcasting class or more than one divine spellcasting class before he became a mystic theurge, he must decide to which class he adds each level of mystic theurge for the purpose of determining spells per day.

So, you can't Mystic Theurge into Mystic Theurge for extra spell list shenanigans, no; although, if there are other dual-progression classes that cover spells, it's concievable.

Is there anything that says the by RAW? If its just up to interperation then I don't think its so obvious.

When a new mystic theurge level is gained, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in any one arcane spellcasting class he belonged to before he added the prestige class and any one divine spellcasting class he belonged to previously.

So Mystic Theurge is not a spellcasting class but one that advances spellcasting of other classes.

There are two ways (I know of) to continue to advance both spellcastings:
- If your divine casting class is druid take Arcane Hierophant (RotW). It is another theurgic PrC.

- Legendary Champion explicitly advances another class, which could also be Mystic Theurge, on most levels.
