Hi we're playing dark heresy and in our group we have no way of healing in the party. I know there is the medica check and there is a healing psychic power. However I was just wondering is there any other way to heal? Or do we just carry on till we die?

Spend one temporary fatepoint and you heal 1d5 wounds. And the fatepoint replenish at every session so by the end of it you really should use them to heal up if you donīt have any other way to get wounds back and really need them

I think if lightly wounded you heal 1 wound per day. If heavily wounded it's 1 point per week, if critically wounded you must get medical help to heal. There's some stuff that speeds this up or slows it down. Bed rest speeds it up, as do some talents, I think strenuous activity slows it down.
