Hey playgrounders!

Quick question. If I have the telling blow feat, hunter's mercy in a wand chamber and levels in ranger and rogue does this allow me to sneak attack even if I am beyond 30 ft? If so this seems to be the only way to get a viable sniper around level 2.

Thanks for your help!

I'm not sure how your level 2 character (standard wealth 900 gp) would be getting a wand of Hunter's Mercy (1,500 gp), but Telling Blow does work as described: you add sneak attack damage whenever you make a critical hit. Concealment, range, and not having moved 10' (for skirmish) limitations don't matter if you've made that critical hit. So if you cast Hunter's Mercy and make any successful hit in the next round, Telling Blow would let you add sneak attack damage.
