Barbarian rage

Standard Rage, Ferocity from Cityscape or Whirling Frenzy from UA. Which is best and why? I'm leaning towards Whirling because of the extra attack, but Ferocity lets you stand as a swift action with out giving an AoO, gives +2 initiative thanks to the dex bonus so it's not without merit.

Whirling Frenzy Lion Totem Barbarian is my bread and butter

Mountain Rage (+6 Str, +4 Con, Large Size) is my favorite.
However if you do not want Large Size then choose Whirling Frenzy.


Does anyone know a way to use Bluff while in a Rage? (Specifically Feint during a rage)

Whirling Frenzy because action economy.
Though standard Rage for more Con is more useful to some builds.

I'd vote Whirling Frenzy, extra attacks are always nice, although regular Rage isn't bad either if you need the Con boost
