Increase Effective Turning Level (paladins)

I seem to remember a feat that gives paladins an increased effective turning level (so they are basically clerics of the same level) but I can't seem to find it, anyone know the name of this feat?

The only feat I can find is Improved Turning which basically adds +1 to your effective turning level.
