Where are slime trolls?

I wanted to study all the trolls in the game and think I have a comprehensive list:

regular troll mm1
ice troll UE
fire troll dragon compendium
wasteland troll sandstorm
forest troll mm3
cave troll mm3
crystalline troll mm3
war troll mm3
mountain troll mm3
fell troll UE
demon troll UE
bladerager troll MM5

there is allegedly another troll called a "slime troll" in UE, but there appears to be no such monster there.

is slime troll real? if so, where is he published?

this says unapproachable east. It is not in unapproachable east.

it does appear to be in dragon 301, thanks.

I was just wondering if it ever made it into any of the books.
