I've been going through my books looking for a feat that makes it so my natural attacks automatically hit when I'm grappling. This sound familiar. Making a team of swarm fighting chokers.

if you can get a constrict attack (there's a ToB stance that gives you one pretty easy), those always trigger on a successful grapple check that you initiate, regardless of what you were trying to do with it.

the arm bind for the kraken mantle also gives a constrict attack.

he is likely confusing it with "black blood hunter," an understandable mistake to make.
