throwing build idea

I'm experimenting with different throwing sets right now and I have an idea for a build but I'm not sure if it would work. Does anyone remember the old halfling thrower prestige? Here's my idea:

Race half-ogre
Classes fighter/hulking hurler/kensai

If my friend makes a halfling and I take weapon focus halfling. Could I use the kensai's signature weapon enchantments on him and have a returning halfling?
