Hey guys. I've noticed that in the players handbook (3.5) that at higher levels, characters get multiple BAB. (For example the cleric gets +15/+10/+5 at level 20) And I was wondering if that meant that the class got multiple attacks. For example, would a 20th level cleric make three attacks, each one at +15, +10 and +5 respectively? Or does it mean something else. As always, go nuts.

Yes. At a BAB of +6, you get an extra attack at +1, and you get another attack at +11, and at +16. It works in this fashion regardless of multiclassing or prestige classing, dependent only on your BAB.

Cool, that also lays to rest one of my beefs with dual wielding. Namely that you get a second and third attack with your off hand, (with greater two weapon fighting) but don't with your primary. Thanks for the help.

The way it works with TWF is that you create what's called a "full attack routine".

Your attacks from BAB (called "iteratives") form the start of your routine.

Do you also get multiple ranged attacks?

Indeed you do.

Unless it's something where reloading takes time, such as a heavy crossbow. There are ways around this.

The same goes for throwing weapons.
