duskblade and bloodstone

How would a Dusk Blade use a Blood stone weapon? Don't you have to cast vampiric touch into the blood stone weapon? becase it says its like the spel storing property so wouldn't you have to cast it into the blood stone property to make it work? or does it renew itself every round ?

Bloodstone works exactly the same as a spell storing weapon, so you need to cast the spell into the weapon before hand. That doesn't precludes you from channeling Vampiric touch (or any other spell) normally.

But Dusk Blades can't cast vampiric touch. can they?

They can. The duskblade's spell list is on p24 of PHB2. The bit in the spells section is just the what out of the new spells they get.
