Is it possible to combine a leap attack (the feat) with the raptoran's Dive attack?

Other than Leap attack and shocktrooper, what other feats are there that affect power attack or melee damage? (battle jump is out cuz it cant be used while flying, which is what Im trying to do.)

No one knows. By RAW, there is no restriction on using Jump during non-walking movement modes, but by RAI it rubs against common sense that you can "jump" while flying. You'll have to ask your DM for a ruling.

Not that there is any sort of consensus about this, but Battle Jump only says you can't use it while under a fly or levitate spell or effect, presumably because these spells involve magic that specifically prevents you from turning yourself into a floorpizza. It can be argued that a natural fly speed and a willful disregard for self-preservation doesn't apply to this restriction in the Battle Jump description, as these are not spell effects.

I can already see it, spear in hand, he jumps into the air, rocketing upwards, once he reaches a safe altitude, he stops, wings spread open in an epic anime pose.

he changes direction and begins speeding downwards toward his foe, mid way, his wings tense and gravity begins to take its course, as the spear wielding birdman crashes into the foe.
