hello.i want to optimize this build

Abjurer 3/Master Specialist 7/Incantatrix 3/IotSFV 7.
no flaws.i don't want so badly a familiar.maybe for a variant here.

i want to dispel, control etc the battlefield.i don't know if must have high initiative to delay the actions to see what the opponent mage or someone else doing to interrupt it.
i saw for example the spell battlemagic perception.
what can you suggest in spells metamagic etc.i will start in 12 level campaign necropolis d20.its very difficult deadly and tpk.
thanx.

Battlemagic Perception is one of the best options I can suggest for a counter-spelling defensive focused character. I'd also take a look at the reserve feats Mystic Backlash (http://dndtools.eu/feats/complete-mage--58/mystic-backlash--2027/), which can cause difficulties for a 'caster to do their part in a fight, and Magic Disruption (http://dndtools.eu/feats/complete-mage--58/magic-disruption--1823/) which lets you take an immediate action to reduce the DC and Caster Level of a spell being cast within 30ft; if you've already discharged Battlemagic Perception for that round, this might be a decent fall-back. Both of those feats also raise your caster-level for Abjuration spells by 1 each.

Talk to your DM, and see if they'll allow Combat Reflexes to grant you additional immediate defensive reactions like the ones listed above.

High initiative probably mandates the Nerveskitter spell (+5 bonus to initiative IIRC.)

Much as they're probably among the more broken parts of the game, the Celerity spell line lets you take extra actions as immediate actions. You take a debuff when you use them, but it may be the difference between the party being struck by a spell and you taking a side-line for a round in order to dispel it or counter it.

A few notes:

Try and get sonorous hum onto your list if you can. There are a lot of good debuffs with duration:concentration.

Body Outside Body shenanigans are also fun for counterspelling but a bit strayed from your build sketch.

Stifle spell is a quick, cheap make-concentreation-check counter.

You should also take Duelward if you want a higher-level of battlemagic perception with a lower duration and worse benefits. And who doesn't?

Get some form of weapon (necklace of natural attack in a pinch, or boot blade) so that you can have a warning weapon (+5 Init). If you get a second, grab Eager (+2). If you have a weapon you can wand chamber, throw in an eternal wand of nerveskitter for +2 casts/day, since it doesn't care about caster level in any way.

While we're on the subject of IotSV, maybe someone can answer how, exactly, you're supposed to kill him? Assuming he's, say, a wizard 9/IotSV 7 or something of that nature, it seems that he can block literally everything anyone can throw at him. Am I wrong? As far as I'm aware, these veils aren't even negated by dispel magic or an AMF.

Incantatrix/Iot7V are two of the highest-powered classes ever printed. If you're building this, your party is unkillable planar shepards, dweomerkeepers, anima mages and StP Psion Thrallherds.

Otherwise you're probably going to either destroy your gaming group or get ejected from it, because if your party is a warmage, a warblade, a wild-shape ranger and a bard, the only things that can kill you are things that will kill the rest of your party by accident in the first round.
