Is there a piece of equipment that takes up the cloak slot that is not a Cloak?

A mages mantle( Essentially the same thing) or a cape. Really any item that attaches to the shoulder

Yeah, I'm pretty sure cloaks occupy the Shoulders slot. I know there are magic pauldrons and things which also occupy them.

Na still dosen't changeit enough for what I want thanks though. Same with cape I want a Stealthy Jumping Attack character and the whole cape/cloak/duster kinda ruins the image in my head.

Dip a level of a Meldshaper and pick the most relevant meld.

Edit, or just take the feat to get the bind location.

I think there are banners in MiC which take the cloak slot. Probably not the image you want either.

Fluff is mutable. Call it whatever you want, it doesn't really matter as long as it costs the same and takes the shoulder slot.

I know but I like to at least try and go RAW before asking Dm's for a minor rule bend.
