What's the best way to get access to Surge of Fortune (5th level) on a non-cleric character? The character in question would likely be an arcane or psionic character, and anything Wizard is acceptable, down to possession by minion.
Failing that, is there a way to make a cleric compatible with arcane (a la Magic Mantle ardent, who treats psionics and magic as identical)? The intent is to combine it with Arcane Archer's spell-carrying arrow (arcane spells, arcane prerequisites).
