In Pathfinder basic (CRB only, maybe a dash of APG allowed by the DM. No archetypes, just the basic classes), how viable is a Barbarian Rogue multi class? Thematically, the character has a background as a pit-fighter, so the idea is that he fights with a kind of savage guile.

I'm not sure what will work best:
Barbarian with a dip in Rogue for some skill bonuses and a little Sneak Attack
OR Rogue with a dip in Barbarian for fast movement, martial weapons, med. armor, and rage
OR keeping it closer to even between to split the difference rather than focusing on one class or the other (seems less than ideal unless I'm half-elf, and even then...).

As far as stats go, I rolled 17,15,14,12,10,9. I'd appreciate any thoughts on how to capitalize on the synergy of the classes, ideal ratio of Barbarian:Rogue levels, feats, rogue tricks, stat allocation, etc. Thanks
