So since you normally need to provide components when creating scrolls of spells, what happens if you're using an SLA to provide the spell? Since the SLA has no components, does this mean that you can make the scroll without the need for those components?

As far as I know (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/creatingMagicItems.htm#creatingScrolls), you can't make scrolls with spell-like abilities - they require spells.

I'm not sure. Probably?

Sure you can, same as any magic item.
A spell prerequisite may be provided by a character who has prepared the spell (or who knows the spell, in the case of a sorcerer or bard), or through the use of a spell completion or spell trigger magic item or a spell-like ability that produces the desired spell effect.

Whoops. I stand corrected. That'll teach me to post when I should be sleeping. Sorry for giving bad advice.
