Sneak Attack Increasing?

I have a player working on getting very high SA dice, how should he go about it? He would also like bigger dice size and IIRC there are ways to accomplish this too.

Any suggestions?

Several dips in classes bump SA up: Assassin 1, Thug Fighter Variant etc. Also 1 lvl in swordsage later on can potentially get you Assassin's Stance for another 2d6 SA and other goodies.

Definitely take craven for +1 damage/die (effectively a size increase). Probably take Deadly Precision (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#deadlyPrecision) too: it's not quite +1 damage/die because you only retool ones once, but it's still a nice boost. Also even though it's from the XPH, it's not psionic, just like Greater Manyshot.

Bracers of Murder (DotU) gives you +2 attack/damage against flat-footed targets, and you reroll all 1's on sneak attack dice.

Sacred Strike (BoED) increases your sneak attack dice to d8's.
