Ok I was browsing the SRD for Pathfinder and I found something interesting and I was curious so I thought I would ask.

We all know the Monk's Wis to AC bonus

But this class adds INT to AC

Now if a Monk multiclassed or gestalted with this class, using the Kung fu Genius feat from 3.5 would their AC bonus stack?

They stack as far as I know. They're both untyped bonuses and they're called different things.

Smart weapon can give you int to hit too but not to damage.
Exploit weakness is nice too, though only against one known foe.
Focusing on combat maneuvers can get around the problem that these don't add damage.

And now you have an int focused monk with a small side of wis.

As such it is up to the DM how, if at all, content from another game is to be implemented in a PF game. You are in houerule territory there.
