I am building an NPC who tends to lug around a lot of barrels for a campaign, and I was wondering what it would take, mechanically, for the NPC to run atop a rolling barrel (moving the barrel along with him).
Also, how would I determine the speed of the barrel? I presume the NPCs speed would apply on flat surfaces, but what about slanted surfaces?
