...I'm not even sure where to start with this one. For those of you familiar with Kill La Kill, it's something I want to use as an ace up my sleeve. I assume it's an intelligent item.

Fiend of Possession, from Fiend Folio. Take Leadership to get one (Ryuko sure has the charisma). The Fiend of Possession can possess your outfit and give it different properties.

Glamored could help out simulating the transformation. It should have armor spikes as well.

How would this work out for what happens at the end of episode 20? Plus, how does that monster-thing he becomes work? Intriguing idea nonetheless.
