A little bit of information first. I am currently running a star wars game set in the time of the old republic, and one of my characters has a really interesting question. Can I using my craft skill to upgrade my blaster pistol to have autofire?:smalleek:The problem I am having with this is that he doesnt want to just have autofire he wants to be able to select autofire, mutifire, or single fire. Naturally I am wanting to say yes, just because of the fact that he thought of that application of the skill, but I cant figure out what the pricing should be for the item to set up the raw materials cost, and without that I cant set up a fair way to determine how long it takes him to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.:smallamused:

The Arms and Equipment guide has tons of stuff for how to upgrade blasters. Have you looked there?

I am checking there now, but I posted this at the beginning of my quest for the knowledge.

~So I checked there, and it provides no rules for that. Me and the player came to an understanding though. It would be simpler for the player to take the Merr-Sonn IR-5 "intimidator", and upgrade the damage by having it upgraded by the tech specialist.

~Gavinfoxx, and anxe Thanks for your help
