If i have levels of bear warrios and i active rage or frenzy, i can choose to assume bear form, but after that i can active frenzy or rage? for example i active rage and assume bear form so i got +8str +2dex +4con +2will saves -2ac; then can i active frenzy in bear from? to get more strr?

Bear form stack with Reckless rage (feat)?

Yes, Yes, and Not Quite.

You activate rage or frenzy and can choose weather or not to assume bear form, and then you can activate the other afterwords. Bear form specifically replaces the stat gain from rage or frenzy, so if you activated rage first all you would get is an extra -2. You can however activate frenzy, go bear form, then activate rage and gain the benefit of the feat and the other benefits from frenzy, such as not dying and an extra attack.

It all depends on order of activation.
